Collection "Door Knock"/Occupancy Verfication Inspection:
This inspection is generally ordered by lenders, lender servicers and investors when contact must be attempted with the borrower.  This collection activity is a powerful tool to generate customer contacts.

• One attempt is made to contact the customer during a visual exterior inspection for occupancy verification per Investor/Insurer guidelines and/or Client instruction including a property description, results of the interview with the customer and pictures of the collateral when applicable.  No interior access.  A second attempt is made if the first attempt was not successful in contacting the customer.
• Upon customer contact, immediate contact with the Cleint is attempted with the use of the field agent’s cellular phone at the time of the visit.
• A customized message will be provided to the customer to contact the processor at the Client's facility at a specified phone number and/or extension.  The message will be delivered at the inspection address in a sealed, confidential envelope.

Foreclosure Property Inspection:

• A visual exterior inspection for occupancy verification per the Client instructions including property description, pictures and documentation of any existing or potential conditions that could impact the value of the property.  No interior access available and no contact made with the mortgagor, property occupant, or third parties. 

Property Inspection - Monthly/Weekly:

• A visual exterior inspection for occupancy verification per Client instructions with property description and picture, performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.  No interior access.
