Professional Field Agent - Full time position

Location:  Santa Clara County

A Professional Field Agent is responsible for representing InsideOut Inspection Services, the clients that we serve as well as professional lending and investing companies.  A field agent is contracted to work field calls as assigned by InsideOut Inspection Services.  The geographic area that the position is available for includes Santa Clara county as well as the entire San Francisco Bay area.  Each field request contains specific instructions from our client and details from the lender/investor.  the field agent must travel to the address provided, make contact the lender/investors' customer, obtain crucial contact information from the customer, contact a neighboring address when appropriate,locate and take pictures of collateral, if applicable, complete a field call report and take pictures as instructed.  Professional field agents are responsible for tracking the assignments completed and billing InsideOut Inspection services once per month.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum - high school diploma (college degree preferred)
• Extensive experience in face-to-face customer service
• Collection experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Travel required in and around Santa Clara county and the entire San Francisco Bay area.

Equipment required:

• Basic home office set up  (i.e., desktop or lap top computer, printer w/ copy and scanning capabilities, phone, fax)
• Fast reliable Internet connection
• Cell phone (including texting capability in wireless plan)
• Digital camera
• Clean driving record 
• Reliable, fuel efficient vehicle
• GPS unit with routing capability

Compensation:  Professional field agents are paid per assignment and once per month on or before the 10th of the month.  Complete and accurate billing is required.
